Sounds strange. I believe all 2231-79 occupations are on MODL and hence on CSL.

Are you sure you have mentioned the correct ASCO Code here?

Just be ready to spend around 1000 bucks and you will get it the same day.

Yeah, they do not send an acknowledgement.
If the email hasn't bounced then be sure your SS application has been lodged, just be patient and wait.

If its character form, then it must be PCC which anyways needs to be submitted when CO requests it.

I beg to differ on the highlighted portion.

It doesn't have to be last one year in .net

It just have to be any 12 months in .net out of the last 48 months.
