i panicked when it came to this bit.i went to my bank BOS and they took the money required from my account, then i received a cheque for my TRA in the post.it was drawn from westpac i think.waiting...

You need employer references from every employer he has worked for.If he isnt able to get them, he would need to write a statutory declaration for the employer he cannot get a reference from.
