Default Re: What is your job

I'm at uni part time and work part time as an Executive Assistant to a Venture Capitalist who specialises in raising equity globally for sustainable energy companies.

Back in the UK I worked for Mirror Group (newspapers) as a Promotions Coordinator (basically all the back end stuff of the competitions in the paper) and also a Group PA at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, London.

Since I've been in Bris (8 yrs) I've worked a Marketing Coordinator for a fine wine company (Cristal champagne and the like), Client Service Manager for a Management Consultant and as the EA to the Consul-General at the British Consulate.

All very different roles! How about you?

Web designer and part-time amateur rhinosaroo hunter.

I did the same thing (web and graphic design, not rhinosaroo hunting) many years ago back in Wales but took time out to be a 'stay at home dad'.

In the UK I was PA to Director of Nursing at local hospital. Prior to having my babies I was PA to a Board Director at Cable & Wireless for 7 years.

I am on the lookout for the right part time secretarial job.

Interesting replies!

I'm retired - which means I work as gardener, painter and decorator, chauffeur, fish-keeper, car washer, woodworker, drinks pourer, window cleaner, vacuum-man, financial advisor and accountant, paymaster, IT manager (home comfuser), official photographer, tree surgeon, plumber and electrician (shhh- don't tell anyone)............

In my spare time I - oh b*gg*r - that *is* my spare time <g>.
