Ah I see, I guess that explains it. Seems like a very big run around seems the office giving me my COPR will also be validating it. It is what it is. Thank you for clearing that up.

Ah ok, this is exactly what i did. Then it asks for employer offer, PNC, qualifications, photo, application form, passport and a letter of explanation. Which i have filled out and am ready to submit....

I am, i applied for PR via PNP.

But on MyCIC it doesn't specify to extend with a specific employer, it just asks if you have an employment offer and if you have a PN Certificate. I will just add...

Well i took the checklist from the PNP PR applications on the CIC website and it does mention it.

I'm not entirely sure it doesn't state any exemptions. When did your husband apply? As this is a new rule since last July for pr applications.

My understanding was once they said yes to my PNP app then i take that yes letter to CIC to get my PR card.
