Looks like they are possibly planning on releasing new set of application forms - that will screw up everyone who has preprepared an application and also cause further delay in anyone else's...

Applications since April 2010 to Islamabad were processed via London.

Got through no problems - the lesson - use a vanilla standard BT phone line (presumably so they can trace the phone number) rather than fancy work VoIP SIP based phone systems with SIP...

I expect that they process in order of transfer and Buffalo "should" also be transfering out in approximately the order of CIO date from Sydney - so the satalitte offices end up also processing in...

I got transfered from Buffalo to Seattle yesterday, just before the 12 month mark of my receipt date on Ecas at Sydney.

Hopefully some things will start to happen now.
