I go to the beach quite often, but I think it is too cold to swim in the water. I don't think it is dangerous, be careful your kids don't swallow any water though.

in the States I was always sending my digital fotos to walgreens to have them print it, it is much easier and cheaper. Is there something like that in Dubai?

in the marina there are nicer and less nice buildings, views count, condition of apartment, furnished/unfurnished but in general i would say between 180000AED per year to 220000.

Btw, I just called an eye clinic and they want 350 AED for the eye test for the drivers license. I was told by a friend that I can take it directly at the RTA for 40 AED. True or...
