I just spoke to CIBC Visa re my refund and they will pay out in full EXCEPT a charge for changing the dates which Zoom charged me $150 for changing the flight from June to December, has anyone else...

Agreed, CIBC Visa were great, faxed over documents with a reference number and they will give a full refund, how long they dont know but going on a previous scenario i had like this one when Jetsgo...

Phone the credit card company i booked with CIBC Visa and they told me to fax over my itinerary and my Visa statement with the transaction on it and they will give a full refund, it shouldnt matter...

I phoned BA and they are only offering discounted flights for Zoom passengers for flights that were flying before mid September, i have a Zoom ticket booked for xmas so it BA cant help me out.

Mikey B - You were spot on sir, i went to exchange my licence this morning and they swapped it for a full G licence no questions asked, only had to do an eye test, pay the fee and surrender my UK...

I didnt even know where Toronto was until 2 months before moving, scary times but never regretted a single minute !
