I'd definitely consider re-locating Amardan, however my girlfriend is doing a yoga instructors course over the next couple of months so we need to be in Vancouver for the time being.

As far as I know there's no cards/cis arrangement here. They hire you direct, deduct your tax, give out contracts at their discretion (ie: not), and pump you when they choose.

Well, just got laid off from my first job here after only 3 weeks on a Friday afternoon which was refreshing.
As an electrician in the UK, getting laid off on a Friday afternoon is considered bang...

Yes you do incude your apprenticeship in your 9000 hours.
No you don't need your red seal to do electrical work but you won't get paid sparks rate or be able to get jobs easily without it.
