Congrats for selling but I can understand that you may be feeling flat about it. I think it's this 'change' thing that makes one feel unsettled because you're out of your comfort zone and the future...

We have been here two and a half years. When we first arrived we made the decision that we would stay for at least 2 years and then achieve our citizenship...

I understand that Royal Brunei consider children adults once they're 16 which could end up saving you a fair bit if you have teenagers under 16.

I recently booked an Emirates flight to the U.K....

We have only finalized the sale of our Aus house this weekend and expect to settle in June so I haven't been in touch with my son's school yet. I plan to have a meeting with his year 10 co-ordinator...

Good post. I think the 'hell' dissipates once you make a decision to either stay in Oz or return to the U.K.
