Citizenship by Descent for children in UK query?

We have been back in the UK for 6 years after 10 wonderful years in Australia.

Our oldest child was born in Australian so he is an Australian Citizen and British by Descent and has both passports....

Ah in such a quandry...we are moving back to the UK in April/May - but dates are uncertain as its basically when we manage to get vehicles sold, all the loose ends tied up etc.

Does anyone know the most economical way to heat a property? Our rental gets so cold in winter and doesnt have heating. Are oil filled radiators any good?
