Change occupation of app or re-apply?

Quick question:

What if you want to change the occupation of your visa... They have initial told us that you can't... I don't understand why since we are qualified for both and the occupations...

It makes no sense turning down apps for Vic sponsorship if they qualify for 175 with 120+ points. Logically, if a state needs specific skilled apps, then the ones that have the highest points with...

Looking for some help:

We just received an email from Victoria that our occupation is not on the list therefore we do not qualify for state sponsorship even though we applied before the changes....

Quick question. If you apply for a 176, but have enough points for a 175, do you automatically get a 175? Or can you change it to 175?

How about motorcycles..... HAs anyone brought one over from Canada.... They seem to be about 40-50% more expensive in Oz....Maybe worse for Harley's... But I am not...
