Unless you're wishing to do Union work, qualifications really don't matter. I have been in the residentual building trade in Canada for 15 years and I've never seen someone apply for a job with a CV....

I've been to a few good St. George's Day parties. Perhaps it's only celebrated by those to whom it matters. I highly doubt the new Brits living in Manningham, Bradford would be celebrating it. :p

I have lived in Kitchener, about 45 miles West of London. London isn't the best of place, in my opinion, kind of like your town Hull. To be quite honest, avoiding any bigger sized cities in Ontario...

It is a little late, but we were under the impression that once we were both in Canada and married, things could be done at that end. If we have to we (or she) can leave the Country then come back....
