Depends on what you provide and how clear it all is. Ours took 4 months, although it would have been a month quicker had our Officer got my email address correct!

Burleigh is lovely, but can be expensive to buy. Not heard of too many bad places though!

I'm at Burliegh Heads.

Great for family life and more of a comunity feel than most places on the GC
