If the quota for FY2010 is filled by the time you apply when is the earliest you can apply for FY 2011? and what is the earliest date that a visa can be issued?

L1 to H1b

My wife has spent 4 years on an L1A. If a different company sponsored her for a H1B do those 4 years count as the first 4 of a H1B, leaving her with 2/3 years maximum on a H1B?

My wife's company are not renewing her her contract in the United States (or in her home country). Her contract ends at the end of October. She requested an extension of the contract for two months...

It seems that it's a grey area if it comes to a claim.

Just to clarify - by international licence i meant of my Irish licence.

I've known expats in NYC who have rented for years on...
