we recently got our 176 family sponsored visa. We were sponsored by my husbands uncle who is retired. Hope this helps.

We just booked ours in Edinburgh, £900 for 2 adults 2 kids under 5. Thats with 10% discount for families or 3 or more.

Hiya, we just got a case officer at the end of last month. We applied in July 2008 :eek: 176 family sponsored. All systems go now, had put it on the back burner, we can dare to dream again!!

Just for info, we were at a seminar in Glasgow recently, held by DIAC and different State representatives. The guy from DIAC said to wait for CO before submitting Police Checks and Medicals online...

176 Sponsor Scanning Docs

Hi,

Our sponsor has submitted the forms on-line without scanning documents and can't get back in to add the documents using the TRN they were given.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?...

Thanks everyone, was just a bit worried our sponsors had been asked to make a payment and had paid something not realising. Didn't want to phone them in the middle of the night to check!! Im sure...

We have just checked our application for 176 visa online and it shows Application Fee Received 12/08/08, we had already paid this in July when we initially submitted forms. Our sponsors...

We have just had same with 176 online application. We only put my husbands on becasue that is all it asks for. I think this info is on the form 80 regarding parents and siblings so maybe...

Woo hoo, got letter from ACS this morning, how quick is that, sent 08/04/08 from Oz to sunny, well it is for us today :rofl:, Scotland, 3 days!!!!
