Get an independent solicitor immediately to examine your contract and advise you. I am currently in litigation with Duja so can not comment too much but you would be wise to contact a solicitor asap...

Duja operate a number of different companies under the Duja umberalla. You need to identify the legal entity from your contract. Each new development tends to have a separate company with limited...

There was an issue with planning permission. I waited 18 months and then finally requested my deposit back. Not sure if planning was ever granted. Some companies seem to specialise in selling 'off...

I also have no problem. It is now 6 months since I was promised the return of my money from the La Gomera project but obviously the European banking system is very poor and Duja can not be held...
