Hi Sam, Coomera Springs and Sommerton Ridge are also nice estates in Upper Coomera. Sommerton Ridge have blocks 900m2 on average. Coomera Springs may be slightly smaller but they have a nice lake...

Hi there, we built a house in the Sommerton Ridge estate in Upper Coomera which is really nice. We built with Coral home as we were on a tight budget but they were really great - no problems...
