Her manager might not be aware of the mistake as yet and the approval to get you on another flight of a higher cost than your original one probably can't be approved without the manager's consent.

Firstly you can't be approved for reg with NSW unless you can present to their office directly for them to review your ID. They are the only board that asks for this.
