Indeed Franco was from Ferrol, the town used to be called "El Ferrol del Caudillo". Fidel Castro's father was from Galicia, too. So 1-1.

The 25% come from some study I read in El Pais, made by the Association of Tax Inspectors. It is black, so, nobody know. TBH, sometimes I have the feeling that is even bigger.
