I was assuming the man was going to have to pay tax, and taking into account there would be very little family tax benefits or relief on that sort of income plus a private health levy it might not...

Maybe the question was serious, 100,000 a year after tax is only $1369 a week. When you put it like that even 110,000 is hardly big living.

There is supposed to be a shortage of trades people in BC. Went out to BC in january, 2 job offers, both employers knew we needed PNP nomination, or even a temp work permit, shortly afterwards...

We too have had a job offer in vancouver, we did a research trip in December/january and the job offer (and another) came off of that.

The hitch:eek: job offers are $22 and $27 an hour. ...
