If they had successfully seized (confiscated) the property then they wouldn't need to serve them a demolition notice and helplessly pretend running after them like this.

The property remains in control of the owners. It is in the name of the company and physically not sealed!
The demolition order is a separate affair and has failed too. Like so many others on the...

They also "tried" to serve a demolition order for illegal construction but to no avail (of course this is a mockery) do we think everybody is really hiding ?
