North is safer than South to buy

Buying in North Cyprus has a reputation of being less safe than South Cyprus, but only the opposite is true.

As long as you buy pre-1974 Turkish lands and exchange titles you will be protected....

Do not make the mistake of going to South Cyprus. The Greeks really do not like us or appreciate us. They are spiteful and nasty.

However, the Turks know how to appreciate us and treat...

I moved to North Cyprus from the South side and life has never been better. My doors are always unlocked and the English language school in Kyrenia is great!!! It is far better than living in the UK....
