Yep - we've been in Doubleview over 2 yrs - we are happy with it - 5 mins in the car to the beach - perfect! close to Innaloo/Osborne Pk and Karrinyup Shopping Centres too. You should def be able...

yep, Matilda Bay is nice - or there is quite a big playground at the end of south perth foreshore plus the added benefit of a cafe! (down towards the boats you can hire)
