You may find folks a bit sensitive 'til they get to know you....I think there is a lot of trouble around the area and some folks are down to their last nerve...

The reason I ask is because I love food.....it's my addiction !!especially spanish food, having been raised on it....I also had some very good meals around that area...lots of good home style spanish...

I'm sure you are very happy there as I said the locals are great where ever they maybe from.....I wouldn't really class pago del Humo as rural spain though, it's more a suburb -albeit partly zoned...
