Re S.R. flour look for a flour bag -- think pale blue has a picture of a sponge cake on it from mercadona very good or use plain and add baking powder also in mercadona :thumbsup:

Hola do you have a coffee bean grinder or liquidiser? Put gran. sugar in and grind. Sieve now and then and you will end up with icing sugar.

We buy bread from Dia. Their sliced Familiar 19 slices. It is in a blue and red bag cost 96e. Best spanish bread that tastes similar to u.k. bread we've found.

I am pleased you have found a home for the podenco. My O/H works in a animal rescue centre and like most centres they are not all put in "prison cells". They are only shut in large cages at night...
