Sorry I didn't make that bit very clear, no they actually never received any firm instructions, just a recommendation by way of a suggestion/recommendation by the Panel Doctor to the Family...

To be honest I don't know but it would not surprise me in the least- there has been massive development in Spain's costal regions and it not cheap or at least it wasn't but I guess it will be soon
