The Bridging Visa I was led to believe would automatically be granted. But there is nothing to say so following the submission of the e600. Do I need to seperately complete the BVA form 1005?

Spoke to Immi and they have advised either the e600 or a Medical Treatment visa. The latter is not appropriate though by my reckoning. The good lady I spoke to said the bridging visa will be granted...

Sorry if I didn't make it clear above the visa we have covers the full period. I got my dates wrong. NO ONE IS HERE ILLEGALLY..... I hope. Otherwise an 85 year old is going to be in cuffs and turfed...

I believe she is on an e-visitor. It was a 3 month visa only and it runs out on the day she intended to leave.

The calculator suggests that 26 August 2014 is my year to go through the process rather than June 2017.
