langley to chilliwack?

I have just been offered to posts one in langley and one in chilliwack, can anyone tell me anything about these places ? Will i still be able to see the snow on the :)mountains

how much are basic groceries compared to uk. also the cost of electricals and furniture and household services(electric,gas etc) oh and not forgetting a pint of beer and a glass of wine :p

Question PNP V IMMIGRATION

Why do people go down the immigration route when it seems on here so easy to get a pnp, why wait years when you only after wait weeks, and your whole family can come to? Am i missing something ??

he is an electrican and a qualified painter his prefered occupation is electrician but we have been told that he has to retrain to canadian standards, so were going to apply for a work...

My husband is a painter & decorator, and it looks like i have been looking and listening through rose coloured glasses.:blink:

i have been told also that you can have a 7 bedroom house in okanagan...

so she can come with us yes, but she is giving her job up here, and you think with her being a visitor with us she will not be able to get employment ?

hi, pmm

does this mean that my daughter who is on sick leave at the moment from work, will not be able to accompany us ? we though we were going on a work permit as a family of 4.

Hi, my husband i are hoping to come to canada on a work permit, in the next couple of weeks, my daughter who will be 23 in febuary and son who is 18 are coming also on the same permit as a family...

But we are going with him being a qualified painter & Decorator now, would this make a difference in getting a work permit ???

No nothing like that, he is a qualified p&d and i will be looking for work once am settled. No study or anything like that at all.

My husband has to retrain to canadian standards, but look will have he is also a qualified painter and decorator and they have told us that will be able to find employment and a home for us...

lol so sorry, right now breathe,
the lawyer has said that they arrange employment for us, and there on the look out now, they said about 4 months before we land in Canada.
As yet we are to sign...
