Is there a demand for Osteopaths in BC??

Hi,
Have been offered a place on a course to retrain as an Osteopath here in the UK.

Is there much demand for Osteopaths in Canada? and is the UK qualification recognised in Canada??

Haven't heard anything, not even an acknowledgement.

Have done a quick google search and gone through a company's site - however it seems as though they add in all sorts of taxes in at the end. So the price advertised gets totally distorted..

A friend of mine has sugegsted looking into the Cloverdale and Langley areas of Vancouver. He said that Cloverdale is an up and coming area and one should be able to get some good deals on property....

So what other areas close to Vancouver do you guys recommend?

I guess we would like somewhere with a good mix of cultures.. from what was said above Maple Ridge is the least culturally diverse....
