Already tried the web system accepted the data but result was to contact seff by phone so still at the stage of trying to contact seff by phone.

Update since last week tried to contact seff by email at local office in Tavira told to telephone for appointment.
Same emailing main email address so I have been telephoning since...

Checked the certificate it is the same embossed with stamp although valid only till till 2015 is this going to be a problem?

Update to previous message I have found a certificate of citizen of European union but dated 2015 not sure if this document is a permit or not.

I have checked my documents I have only the atestation I received from the local camera 5 years ago I have contacted seff they request my residence permit number or visa I cannot...
