We would love to meet up for a beer or two. We are living in Aveley (Swan Valley) and regularly head to Freo. Both 37 and no kids ( yet too!), been here since Sept 08 and in Perth since Jan 09.

No we hadnt exchanged, only signed. We thought they had instructed their solicitors to exchange but they delayed and OUR solicitor was on holiday for 7 days last week!!

138 sent 13 Aug, Pre ack 14 Nov, Full ack 9 Jan, NO CO and straight to VISA 9 April!!!!

Hi all,

this is driving me nuts..the waiting! Im similar to a few of you who need to give 3 months notice(teacher). We are hoping to get visa by end of May and go in Sept/Oct...If by end of May...

To sell or not to sell....that is the tax question?

Is anyone thinking of renting their house in the UK, and keeping a UK mortgage ticking over until you settle in Oz...maybe for 6-12 months lets say.

Were thinking of doing this,:confused: but...
