Hi Chelsea,

We did it through an agent, dont know why it was quicker could be that OH company has done it before and he is just transferring from his office here to the one in Perth, we also did...

Finally starting the process, all docs have been scanned and sent to the agent a month ago but dont think OH work have sorted out there side yet, presume it shouldnt be too long as...

We are moving out to Perth in the next couple of months and instead of going into temporary furnished accommodation, wondered if we could go straight into a rented house and hire furniture...

Our gut reaction is Perth, but didnt want to discount the others without looking into them, had a look on housing websites and I also thought the budget wasnt big...

I WISH........... NO, WE ARE ON AN EXPAT DEAL AND GET AN ALLOWANCE (+ WHAT WE WILL ADD ON)

NEED A BIG HOUSE AS LOADS OF KIDS AND VISITORS........

HAVE ALSO HEARD ITS HARD TO GET A GOOD PROPERTY...
