Its been lovely here today - my Katie has had better weather in Perths winter than she ever had in the UK - it always rained on her birthday !

Great for parties there - we went to one a few months back. I'd guess that it would be up to teens agewise

Havent been over for "reccie" yet, but have been told the western suburbs are good with an easy commute into Perth and good schools..........
Will have a better idea when we come over, what do you think??????
