Finally went for lunch in Balmoral on Tuesday.
It is lovely. there is a cordoned off area of the sea for little ones to go into, and plenty of shaded areas. As it is a harbour beach, there is no...

Going for lunch in Balmoral next week, so will suss it out. I think it will be a bit nicer than the park personally, but open to opinion.

we are paying school fees for 2 kids $4500 per year on top of all supplies etc.
This will be refunded when our permanent residency is granted- hopefully only a few weeks away now.

Both Balmoral and Clontarf look lovley- I guess its down to which one has the best facilities.:thumbup:

It's on Darling Street in Balmain.

There's a lovely wee cafe I have been to before through little courtyard. it is next to a cafe called Çanteen'which is easy to spot.

If people were thinking about shade and the like for the kids, in Bicenntinial park we can hire a pavillion which seats about 40 people for $195 for the afternoon.

Alternativley we can just take...
