In Spain you can get your prescriptions and you only pay a very small fraction of the cost of the drugs. You wont be paying a set fee as you do in the UK but overall medicins are a lot...

The E111 card will cover all the costs and the spanish NHS is a lot better than the british (in my opinion) so you shouldn't worry at all. Congratulations on the pregnancy.
