Thanks tawkins,yes we are gutted to be honest...... have all been planning this for the last 5 yrs, but have decided to keep our application ongoing and see how it all pans out.

I know nothing about Agents, completed our forms without to much difficulty also with the help of the threads here.

Our daughter who migrated 20 yrs ago will be be giving us all the support she can.
Does my son have to be resident for 2 years in OZ?

Our CPV 143 application is still ongoing,applying Sept 07.

Being as our son returned home only after 5 months, means that the majority of children are now living UK.

He said he would return to...

They arrived in Oz Sept th 2007.

Am i correct in thinking that if they should have a change of heart once they return to UK, they could return to OZ, and his Visa would still...

Family member has 136 Visa, after only 4 months in OZ is to returning back to UK. :(

As i understood it they had to be in OZ for 2 years to be able to apply for Citenzenship.......have they now raised it to 4 years ???

Thanks for that Jackie.....nice to have another opinion, it will be to our advantage then and visit Argos when the time comes.. kettle,steamer,iron ect,can be bought very cheaply....and much easier...
