Yeah, I believe we have what to worry about. They can change their CSL and MODL list and we will wait with our "all met documents" for yeahs.

Oh my gosh, Altavista! You are upsetting me really much! Are you sure about 3-12 months? I've heard a lot of stories of receiving a visa after a few days after finalization of medicine. 3 weeks past...

I also made some calculations, analyzing last 1-2 months replies. And it seems they have pretty stable delay of 40 days between receiving and processing date.

MOC are currently assessing medicals received on the
10/03/2009.

The interesting question is Does it mean that ASPC is not going to touch applications with lower priority until all cases above them are finished both from countries with Low Risk and High Risk?
