To follow up on my timeline, status of medicals on 1st screen changed to finalised on 9th November. This is exactly 1 week after they were delivered.

Now I just wait for the final bit of news!

I would always advise in these situations to be as honest as possible. I think you should do a change or circumstances form and attach it.

You are always able to upload documents no matter how long ago you applied. For example uploading police checks or proof of medicals being done etc.
