How about a headed letter from your direct manager (explaining your roles) as an attachment to the HR letter?

Also try to persuade them and tell them it's the AU govt requirement.

oh good for you. heading to sydney but still waiting for visa. had my CO last june 20 and requested futher info. meds were FL'd few months ago though. still waiting for decision...

its okay. yeah, even paper-based applicants can subsequently submit docs via email. instructions on how to do this are included in the acknowledgment letter.

medicals must be sent directly by panel doctor to the health operations cenre in sydney

police clearances can be sent as a colour scan via email

sending docs by email makes the processing faster

indeed, we are not required to have visa labels, unless otherwise advised

however, note that you should convince the airline that u have visa, otherwise they will not let u board the flight...

last december my police clearance was frontloaded by sending a scanned copy to the ASPC email address [email protected] . and when i was assigned a CO, i was requested to submit the the same...
