Air Canada no longer taking pets!?

As of 1st July Air Canada won't be taking pets in the hold but it looks like you can still send them as Air Cargo. Not sure what the difference is but it's making me nervous! I'm investigating.

No I won't be stopping at all. If that's the case I won't even stop and talk to the officer but use the 'drive through' lane on the right!

I can't remember if you have to pay to drive through Banff National Park without stopping. I know years ago you didn't have to but I thought it might have changed. Anyone know?
