we did the tra ourselves and then for the visa we used a company called CLB Littlejohn Frazer based in london the lady was called helen bernard and everything was straight forward and got our visas...

we rented last year and it took about four weeks to find what we wanted but we did want a pool, we were told it is easier to find a rental in their winter months as not as many people move over...
