We had both Crown and Pickfords out to give us quotes. We are in Glasgow.

We are going with Crown who came in quite a bit cheaper, but we are only shipping a small amount (75 - 80 cubic feet).

A solicitor signed my photocopies for the ACS assessment, and gave me a signed copy of her business card. She didn't use a stamp. This was OK with the ACS as both myself and my partner got positive...

I think what amoor meant was that an employment reference with an end date would imply that the employment terminated on that date, where that may not be the case.

I think the request for medicals/police checks was registered mail (my partner had to get out of bed to answer the door to postie). My visa grant letter wasn't.
