So when buying a casa de campo from a registered agent....do we need to check for some other papper? What certificate or document is required to show that the property is legal?

This is an eye opener.....I have no idea what all is this....I thought the process will be simple, buyer ask for a price you pay the price and notaire does all the papper work etc...

Gracias Rosemary...yes you are right these places do not have eletricity and water so we have to do rain water harvesting and solar panels.

There is this one place we are very intrested in which has no eletricity or water. Was thinking of using solar panels and currently they use rainwater collection cisterna....

He is not a fakir n I doubt he even knows what is Australia.....look for another example!
btw...he is one of those poor ones who cant afford to pay bribes therefore performing in the streets to fill...
