Found this, may be of interest. You can only open on line if a Candian resident but it is fee free. HSBC say you can open a normal account with them if not a resident.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with a HEMI in the UK and love it.
I know they are 2 a penny over in Canada but would still buy one there too.
I was going to ship it over but it is too much hassle....

Oakvillian you are correct. You are better off walking around bare foot. I find it in the UK with some trainers on a hot summers day.
Dont wear rubber boots it will be worse. Better off with rubber...

Luckily for me my neighbours are leaving on Saturday for Crows Nest Pass, my wife has a friend living in Calgary and another friend from Ontario.
