my mistake. more like 10%.

mid price today with xe.com - 0.444
my local exchange (eg post office) today - 0.401

but my point is the same. it works out much cheaper and you avoid any transfer...

The rate you are quoting is indeed good. unfortunately it is the mid rate that
you are quoting. see below (from ozforex)

you can be sponsored on a 457 under ens as you dont require 3 yrs post qual experience, or 2 yrs work ex in oz. in fact its a way for people to get to oz (who lack work experience) and get their 2...

i assume you are in oz under the ens (employer nomination scheme)? if you are, the criteria for eligibility for pr is either: 3 yrs post qualification experience, or 2 years experience with...

I had to have all blood tests done etc for my meds as i work in medical field, so dont think my meds were any diff to perm res.

houses are cheaper? think thats only really true if you are from south england. houses where i live on sunshine coast are $500,000 for a 3 bed with a small garden. in staffs Uk, £250,000 would get...

Im currently in oz on 457 under a labour agreement. should soon be nominated by same employer for pr. does anyone know if it is quicker to get pr if you first have 457? my meds etc...
