Hello apart from not knowing how to proceed against builders for swimming pools, the book 'the Sunday Times' buying a property in Portugal covers the rules for condo's quite well (in my opinion)....

Hi, we purchased lots of bit and oieces in the hyper/ supermarkets in Faro and Olhao, saves the petrol and very resonable. I think Jumbo is part of the French group Carre***/**/. Happy shopping!!
