Thought Adelaide was too quiet, felt like we saw everything there was to see in a year, and feel when the children get to their teens they will find it boring!

Yes you definitely can apply to ANMC before, and the decision is valid for 2 years (so basically you have 2 years to apply for pr before it expires)
It took ANMC around 2 months to process mine, but...
