There is no as such concern in my case it's straight forward. But I am confused that why a long delay has been made by DIAC. I am August-2007 applicant & from H/R Country.

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship recognises that the time taken to process your application may be causing you and your family
concern.

as mension earlier that e-mail on request letter is olny for documents attachment. on telephone operator said that she can't contact to CO.

I have contact DIAC through PLE reply quote that you have allocated Case Officer and application is under processing. It's mean my application is under processing or freeze???:confused:

I have been allocated CO a month ago he/she requested me certain documents whihc I have e-mail to him/her within few days, but still to date no decision is made by CO or requested further documents....
