Hello Dave, we have just paid a depo on a town house in Cianciana, working on paying the balance as we speak :thumbsup:
there is supposed to be quite an expat community out there, but we dont know...

we where all very set on going to Adelaide then one by one the kids said they didnt want to go, then all the doom and gloom with the house market, the costs of taking our pets etc etc.

Hi Steve, what most people seem to be saying is it`s enough or thereabouts to start off with, with pay raises, better job offers etc, once your there, theres room to improve and then buy the big...

well it seems it`s justabout do able for a family with 3 kids should be ok for you, Im sure someone with more knowledge will give some info soon :)
