The alternative is that those who are good will take the money and run as they can find other jobs - leaving an even bigger ratio of dead-wood to non dead wood :(

That's right! - the pool temp is about 22c at the moment - same as the air temp this evening, but now we've been in FNQ for over 3 years this is winter. I'd have to wear a wetsuit to get in the pool...

Well love all those cakes - but gonna mention the old McVities Ginger Cake - used to love that as a kid - sticky & squishy - we used to slice it thick and butter it - we were right sophisticated :D

At work I have come across a few people who have been living long(ish) term at White Rock Leisure Park - can't say they've had great things to say about it..........I would advise you to perhaps look...

My experience is depressingly similar as far as getting admin work. When I first arrived I applied for anything and everything without a sniff of an interview.
I ended up getting a 2 week posting...
